Recreational Classes

Whether you began in our preschool program, or are just starting your gymnastics journey, we have a level for gymnasts of any age or skill level! All levels require coach evaluation for placement. These classes are for gymnasts 6 years and older, and are co-ed.

Beginner A

Retired: Beginner 1 / 2

For gymnasts just beginning their gymnastics journey, this level builds basic skills on vault, bars, beam & floor through proper progressions while increasing strength & flexibility, all while enhancing social skills through a fun and challenging curriculum!

intermediate A

Retired: Intermediate 1 / 2

After completing our Beginner classes, gymnasts will begin learning bridge kick-overs from the floor, backbend to kick-over, back extensions, sole circle dismounts, squat-ons on bars, handstand flat backs on vault and begin handstands and cartwheels on beam!

advanced A

After gymnasts have gained the skills worked on in Beginner + Intermediate classes, they will continue mastering those skills while beginning front walkovers, front + back handsprings on tramp; the start of their front tucks & aerials; their sole circle dismount from high bar, their front hip circle, start of kips, squat on pullovers & back hip circles on bars; the start of an aerial dismount on beam & mastering handsprings on vault!

High school prep

New Class!

This class is designed for gymnasts who have mastered Advanced B and are ready for the next challenge! Perfect for older athletes aiming to join a high school team, this class focuses on building strength, refining technique, and learning routines that align with high school gymnastics. It’s the perfect bridge between recreational and competitive gymnastics - confidence, skills, & team spirit rolled into one!

Tumbling for dancers

For ages 6+

This class is the perfect match for dancers looking to add some acro flair to their routines! We focus on strength, flexibility, and safe technique while learning skills like cartwheels, walkovers, aerials, and more. Whether you're prepping for competitions or just want to level up your stage presence, this class will help you tumble with confidence and style!

beginner B

Retired: Beginner 3 / 4

This is the next level for those who can do a cartwheel, pullover and handstand. Gymnasts will begin working on their back hip circles, bridge kick-overs, running cartwheels, start of round-offs & their dive rolls on vault!

intermediate B

Retired: Intermediate 3 / 4

While mastering the skills gymnasts began working in Intermediate 1 & 2, gymnasts will begin working on back-walkovers, front limbers, the start of their front handsprings, leaps & jumps on the beam, combining skills together & handsprings on vault!

advanced B

Retired: Advanced 3 / 4

Essentially a continuation of Advanced 1 & 2, gymnasts will continue working on mastering the skills learned up to this point, while working on higher level skills. There is a big push for connecting skills on both floor + beam. Gymnasts will also begin working on and mastering their handsprings on tumble-trak and floor, aerial cartwheels, front + back tuck dismounts on beam; handspring half on vault & round-off back-handsprings on floor.

Home School Class

For ages 6+

This class is all about getting bodies moving and having fun! Designed for homeschoolers, we focus on agility, coordination, balance, and overall physical fitness through a mix of games, obstacle courses, and basic gymnastics-inspired movement. It’s a great way to build strength, burn energy, and make new friends - all while learning in a fun, active environment!

Skill clinics

Found under "Skill Clinics"

Looking to sharpen specific skills? Our monthly Skill Clinics are just the thing! Each clinic focuses on either bars or floor, rotating monthly to give gymnasts extra time to master tricky skills, fine-tune technique, and build confidence. With smaller groups and targeted coaching, these clinics are a great way to boost progress and have fun doing it!

Progression through gymnastics levels

Each gymnast progresses at their own pace, and advancement through levels is based on individual skill mastery, confidence, and consistency. Coaches assess readiness carefully to ensure athletes are both physically and mentally prepared for the next level.

Note: It’s not uncommon for a gymnast to remain in the same level for a year or more. This allows time to build strength, refine technique, and gain the confidence needed to safely and successfully perform more advanced skills. Progress is not always linear, and spending extra time in a level can be a valuable part of long-term development.
